About me

I am a Structural Integration Practitioner.  My specialization is in Soma Neuromuscular Integration, an heir to Rolfing.  Soma effectively treats many conditions like auto and sports injuries, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, carpel tunnel, TMJ, depression, ADD, joint pain, and many more.   

SNI is a system of bodywork that is different from traditional massage.  It works directly with the fascia (connective tissue). This network of fascia stores structural aberrations, compensation patterns and contributes to most chronic pain. Through direct hands on tissue manipulation SNI works to effectively realign the entire body in gravity. The concept of integrating the body in gravity through a series of sequenced sessions is fundamental to Structural Integration. SNI is most effective as a 11 session series, but can be experienced as a single session or mini series.

I also offer SOMASSAGE which I tailor to each client’s needs.  SOMASSAGE is a full body (all four sides) deep connective tissue massage.  This can be a very energizing therapeutic massage or it can be a more relaxing therapeutic massage.
